Zenthai Shiatsu with Peter Shepherd every Wednesday
We’d like to warmly welcome Peter Shepherd to our Suncoast Chiropractic Clinic. In response to the many requests we’ve had from you for an in-house massage therapist, Peter is now offering Zenthai Shiatsu every Wednesday. Zenthai Shiatsu is a form of bodywork which combines Thai massage techniques, Osteopathic and Zen Shiatsu.
The therapy takes place on a comfortable and heated floor mat, fully clothed and clients will typically leave feeling rejuvenated, more relaxed, lighter and well cared for, with reduced pain and increased mobility.
Please contact reception any time to make a booking.
Peter looks forward to sharing this beautiful and nourishing bodywork practice with you soon.

To inspire & nurture the body,
one vertebra,
one spine,
one human at a time.
Thank you, from the team at Suncoast Chiropractic

The connection between spinal health conditions (especially of the neck) and headaches are well recognised in research. It’s vital that headache sufferers have their spine examined and, if appropriate, seek early, effective drug-free chiropractic care. Along with some simple lifestyle changes, this can go a long way to relieve pain, reduce the incidence of headache and migraine and help people take back control of their life.
Every January, millions of Australian children go back to school. It’s an exciting time with freshly laminated books and new stationery sets. However, while our kids are busy doing their spelling bees and times tables, it’s also important for them to be aware of their own health and wellbeing.

On 16 October, we at Suncoast Chiropractic will celebrate World Spine Day 2022 (an initiative organised by the World Federation of Chiropractic) to raise awareness about spinal disorders.
Following the survey conducted by the ACTU which found 42% of Australians working from home did not have a suitable workstation or the correct equipment; and the Federal Government’s announcement in August 2021 that up to two-thirds of Australians were still working from home, the Australian Chiropractic Association (ACA) developed new effective resources to help Australians maintain a healthy spine.
We’re also encouraging everyone to participate in Workspace Week by jumping online and downloading the ACA’s free Workspace Week resources to help maintain your overall health and wellbeing, allowing you to work well from anywhere.
